Its a little dissapointing to see the airport logo stickers, considering TLG were able to print this logo on the airplanes tail fin and the fig torsos. Geez, old Classic Town airports are just so beautifully done.
The fact that the instruction manual finished abruptly was a bit odd too. Its a great way to ensure the correct parts are in the right place. I echo what has previously been said.

The first vehicle – The baggage tractor. I have this set also and i have got Century Skyway or was it City Airport, honestly i can’t remember. I think it was sparked in ‘Squishy Stalacite’ thread about nothing good coming out of the Nineties. This is a proud example of what is so fantastic about this site.
Lol brickset says it’s released inthat makes it 1 year before i was born, oh so great that my mother found the airport in a box unbuilt a couple years back: Close up of the storage lockers and flight board. The great parts variation, bright colours and high playability typify legp golden age of Town Lego from the late 80s and early 90s.

Such good pictures of almost every detail to be had in this set. The alternate builds are just wonderful also.

The front wheel 3696 on a 2×2 turntable, while the rears are fixed. It was actually looking quite feasible to get my grubby mitts on these nostalgic memories either MISB, or examples with broken seals that were still un-played with.
You could flip the printed tile so items become You’ve got great enthusiasm for the product and it made for an interesting and entertaining review! A simple build with a hinge and grille plates setting up a nicely detailed, and easily identifiable airport feature.

Once again, nice simple construction, but some great details – especially the angled boom support, and the exhaust for the motor. Lastly, the rear fin and top wing goes on, along with a few lights on the wingtips. Next up, we have the little yellow helicopter. Next up, we start buliding structures.
