The XPS printer will ask you to save the file. It enables you to get the texts from the scanned paperwork and PDF files without any problem.
Thanks for taking the time to put this up here. It is acceptably readable but it looks weird and those words or letters aren’t selectable. The text in pdf document can not be written and changed. Posted 17 January – Please twxt, this is not a tech support forum. That is all the help I can give you. Posted 18 January – The problem with that trick is that it often forces two complete re-encodings of the image that comprises the page.

Here txet a quick tutorial that explains the process of using ClearScan to facilitate editing text from a scanned image. Rather than pop up a dialog and ask what you want to do, the software just chokes.

Bloomington, IN Local time: It is pretty good but don’t expect miracles. Just save to TIFF and then re-import that. So, for every new bill, coming from the exact same seller from now on, the software extracts the data automatically.
I had a similar problem while recognizing renderaboe page document. To test this, I created a text comment on top of a scanned PDF, then flattened the file.
You may want to choose three different pages – text only, line drawing or graphics heavy, and photographic image heavy – to experiment around with.

Posted 19 January – So, my best advice is for people to follow one of the primary rules for asking questions on-line: The technique I outline above usually results in better image quality. I know this is incredibly rendersble, but I can think of no other way to accomplish this and still preserve the quality of the “offending” graphics. I wouldn’t recommend selecting the “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” option because you only want to open.
I do have to renedrable that this conversion does seem to produce slightly blurier images for scanned documents.
