Worth every penny and then some Essential information, techniques, and strategy for any telephone salesperson. In fact, online searches for his name typically pull up overlistings, many from others who have quoted him calling his articles.
I don’t know how much of it I can apply in real-life situations, especially in Vietnamese culture, but it provides a good starting point to experiment with real customers. Immediately increased my effectiveness on starting and progressing sales conversations.
Very basic book and boring. You have to put sobczakk the time and the effort and the energy to learn about them before going into the call.
